The Tao of Individuation Workshop, Ashlyn Woods

This experiential outdoor workshop is designed to awaken the intimate relationship we all have with the natural world. Drawing on Taoist ideas we will engage with the dynamic processes of polarity and unity at work in our lives and in the world, which is perfectly symbolized by Yin-Yang.

The story of the Taoist Rainmaker will act as a guiding myth for the workshop, illustrating how our inner work is intimately embedded in an interconnected field.  Using structured coaching exercises, we will engage in individual work to explore our unique relationship to the Tao, or ‘Way’. The exercises will focus on our dream-like interrelationship with nature. Taoist themes such Wu-Chi (primordial energy) and our engagement in the world via Wu-Wei (least effort) will also feature in the workshop.
