This workshop builds on the techniques & concepts introduced in the accompanying lecture on Fri 20th (Please note that you will need to have attended this plenary before joining the Workshop). Internal Family Systems (IFS) is particularly effective at working with trauma and has been enthusiastically endorsed by Bessel van der Kolk in ‘The Body Keeps the Score.’

In particular the emphasis placed in IFS on the importance of connecting the client with the Self in order to enable the healing process to unfold will be explained and Matthew will show how IFS has discovered unique techniques for facilitating this within live sessions. (Further video clips will be shown and, if time permits, a live demo.)

Registration Cost

Early Bird until 28th February £35 to CJC members, £45 to non-members.
